Instructor Leader team (DiveMaster and Assistant Instructor under his/her responsibility) + 10%
Base Leader (DiveMaster, Assistant Instructor and staff under his/her responsibility) + 20%
Manager (DiveMaster, Assistant Instructor, staff under his/her responsibility and office management responsibility) + 40 %
Seniority (length of service in this position) :
2 years seniority as a working Instructor +10%
5 years seniority as a working Instructor +12,5%
10 years seniority as a working Instructor +15%
15 years seniority as a working Instructor +20%
20 years seniority as a working Instructor +25%
Seniority (length of service for the same employ) :
Second year of seniority +2,5%
Fourth year of seniority +5%

Gear amortisement
(if you have your full diving equipment, not include weight and tank)
Monthly 5 % on salary, or 35.-, for on gear equipment amortisement
(2000.- of equipment/5years = 400.- /12 months = 35.- monthly on gear equipment allowance)
Holidays’
After 6 months, 2 week paid holidays or equivalent in salary
After 12 months, 4 week paid holidays or equivalent in salary
